Toziuha Night - Order of the Alchemists

Toziuha Night - Order of the Alchemists is a 2D Metroidvania that pays homage to the great 32-bit games from this era, especially Castlevania: Symphony of the Night and the rest of the saga on Gameboy Advance. It does an excellent job paying tribute by offering a similar but refreshing experience that's perfectly adapted to Android smartphones.

The controls in Toziuha Night - Order of the Alchemists are simple. On the left side of the screen, there's a virtual D-pad for moving, and on the right, there are buttons for four main actions: jump, attack, dodge, and special. From the options menu, you can customize these controls to your liking by placing them wherever you want on the screen or changing their size. You can even set up a gamepad via Bluetooth.

If you've played any of the Castlevania games before, Toziuha Night - Order of the Alchemists will feel familiar from the very beginning. At first, you'll fight against harmless zombies and skeletons to gain new skills, like the classic double jump, while advancing through the map. Little by little, you'll reveal more of the story, which revolves around an organization of alchemists to which your character, Xandria, belongs.

Toziuha Night - Order of the Alchemists is an excellent game that beautifully combines action, platforms, and RPG. What's more, the game has charming pixelated graphics just like those found on the original Playstation or Gameboy Advance. This is a fun game that will only continue to improve with each new update.
